New England College residence halls closed for winter break on Friday, Dec., 12 at 7 pm.
Res Life completes room checks when student vacate. Students are required to:
- Take all trash out
- Close and lock windows
- Clear out entire refrigerator
- Unplug/turn off refrigerator
- Turn off all lights
- Wash all dirty dishes
Students who want to stay beyond the move-out deadline must follow appropriate protocols.
“Some people will stay for longer than they can and want to stay longer than the move out deadline, but you’re not suppose to unless you fill out the form that allows you to,” said Ashmin Martinez, the Resident Advisor of Sanborn Hall.
All dorms will reopen Jan., 11 at 8 am.
