“We’ve been really trying to work on endurance through practice, whether it be like sprints and just high intensity within drills,” said senior defensive player Mary High, when asked what they’ve been focusing on in practices to get ready to have a successful season.
“Also within the ground balls are crucial in transition for winning games. We’ve been implementing those in our practices and just high intensity drills, and just translating those into games,” High added.
NEC’s Women’s Lacrosse has a bright season ahead of them.
