Communication students hold watch party at new NEC-TV Studio

NEC-TV went live for the first time ever on Feb. 11. and held a watch party for all students and staff at NEC on Feb. 12.

The producer of the first show, Jack Cote, explained his role in the first ever NEC-TV live show.

“It was a lot of work, and the role was tough,” Cote said, “Going to all these events while being the producer and having to be in charge of all my peers story was stressful, but it was an honor.”

Cote added how he wants to be a news anchor in the future.

Jack also wished to add, “NEC-TV is a 4 credit class that is an elective for communications, you could also take the class repeatedly and it will definitely get you prepared if you want to be a director, news anchor, producer or camera man.”

The NEC-TV team will be going live every Thursday at 2 p.m. on Youtube.
